Seema Biswas was born on 14 January 1965 in Nalbari, Assam, into a culturally vibrant Bengali family. She grew up in an environment that encouraged literature, theatre, and the performing arts. Her mother, Meera Biswas, actively participated in theatre, while her father, Jagdish Biswas, supported her interest in creative activities. Education
Seema completed her schooling in Assam and later graduated with Honours in Political Science from Nalbari College.
