Students can now check their results online through the official website : https://site.sebaonline.org/results using their roll numbers. Along with the results, the board has also released the Assam HSLC Toppers List 2026, highlighting the highest achievers of this academic year.
Leading the state is Jyotirmoy Das, who secured Rank 1 with an outstanding score of 591 out of 600. The second position has been achieved by Akhankha Bhuyan, while the third rank is jointly held by Jia Farah Islam and Surjit Akhtar. These students have demonstrated exceptional academic performance and set a benchmark for others.
The overall pass percentage for Assam HSLC 2026 stands at 65.62%. In terms of gender-wise performance, boys have outperformed girls, recording a pass percentage of 67.78%, while girls achieved 63.96%. This reflects a competitive academic environment across the state.
This year witnessed a massive participation of 4,38,565 candidates, including approximately 1.90 lakh male students and 2.48 lakh female students. The large number of participants highlights the scale and importance of the examination in Assam's education system.
To qualify in the HSLC examination, students are required to secure a minimum of 30% marks in each subject. The board has also provided digital marksheets online, which students can download and use as provisional certificates for admission into higher secondary education.
