What Is The Assam Saurav Award?
The Assam Saurav Award is the second-highest civilian award of Assam, instituted by the Government of Assam in 2021. It forms part of a three-tier civilian honor system that includes the Assam Baibhav Award (highest) and the Assam Gaurav Award.
